TREATMENTS

An accurate health history is essential to ensure that it is safe for you to receive a massage therapy treatment. If your health status changes, let your massage therapist know as soon as possible, and your health form will be updated.

ASSESSMENT

No injury is the same. Soft tissues heal differently and respond to treatment differently. To tailor your treatment plan to your condition, the therapist must first assess to find out the way the injury occurred, and the type of tissue involved.

Depending on the client's condition, the therapist will combine a variety of techniques such as Joint mobilization, Deep tissue massage, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretches, Myofascial release to keep the muscles, tendons, and ligaments healthy and mobile.

This type of Massage is beneficial for people who have a high physical demanding job, who want to be more physically efficient by limiting the risk of injury, for athletes that need to perform at their maximal potential, for office workers and individuals having a sedentary lifestyle.

CUPPING (VANTOUSE)

Cupping is a type of alternative therapy that originated in China. It involves placing cups on the skin to create suction.

Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed and can help relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair.
